Series: Pokemon Sw/Sh - Dracozolt puzzle

In the new pokemon game, you can combine 2 differents fossils parts and revive them to give birth to strange chimeras.
I always wondered why those fossils pokemon are genderless...

Well, here is the explaination. Because it would make things too complicate for reproduction and identify the gender.
2 different fossils with 2 possible genders for each one.
