Sexually Transmitted Infections(STI)s, colloquially known known as Sexually Transmitted Diseases(STDs) are bacterial and viral infections that primarily infect, affect, and are transmitted by contact with organs and body parts used for sex. This includes Primary Sexual Characteristics such as the Penis, Testicles, Vagina, Uterus, Ovaries, Prostate, Fallopian Tubes, and Womb; But also Secondary Sexual Characteristics used for non-traditional forms of sex such as the Anus during Anal Sex and the Mouth and Tongue during Oral Sex.

The most infamous STDs include Syphilis, Hepatitis, HPV, Herpes, and HIV/AIDS.

Most sexually active adults with promiscuous sexual tendencies will contract at least 1-3 STDs in their lifespan. It is important that individuals get themselves tested for STIs and take the prescribed treatment as well as take the necessary precautions for safe sex such as wearing a Condom and thoroughly washing Genitalia inside and out.

When it comes to tagging, this Tag should only be used if a character explicitly states that they have an STD, if obvious symptoms are physically present and visible on their body, or if some other symbol of the disease being transmitted is present, such as a microscopic image of the virus or a Biohazard Symbol mid sex.
