With regards to the Avoid Posting list, there ARE exceptions.

If you've commissioned a work and want to post it, that's fine.
Fanworks are also allowed. If an artist on the AP list drew a pokémon or a digimon or something like that, it's fair game to be uploaded.

There's no need to flag stuff if it falls under the exceptions.
